Dr. Galante takes a practical approach to focusing on these small changes you can make in your business. She covers everything from hiring to creating systems and processes. It really is a complete approach to changing your business in a big way.

I’m glad I got a chance to read this book before the New Year, but I see myself referring back to it as we get into our plans for 2015. If you run your own business, this book is a great read and full of great ideas and helpful tips.
