FitTea - a Natural Way to Detox + $500 Target Giftcard #Giveaway

Thank you to Markerly for sponsoring this post. I was paid for this post, however, all opinions of FitTea are my own.

Tea. Its calming. I wouldn't call myself an avid tea-drinker. However, I usually enjoy a hot cup of tea with a squeeze of lemon juice and a little bit of honey to relax after a stressful day or to soothe the onset of a cold.

As of lately, my new thing has been to add tea to my 'detox' water concoctions. While my recipe of cranberry juice, aloe juice, and lemon juice is a combination of my favorite pinterest recipes, I've found that some tea rounds out the tartness of the cranberry without adding sweetness.

Needless to say, when I was asked to look at FitTea, I was intrigued. I've always known tea to have it's healthful benefits. FitTea took it to another level. So, I gave it a try.

With all natural ingredients like: Organic Green Tea, Oolong Wu Yi, Organic Rooibos, Ginger, Pomegranate, Guarana, Birch, Stevia, Corn and Honey Powder, FitTea promotes a strong immune-building detox drink that is supposed to boost metabolism and give you more energy. This combination of ingredients provide a fast-working and natural detox. Plus, these natural ingredients have other benefits besides detox, which includes weight loss, increased energy levels, suppressing the appetite, and natural antioxidants.

FitTea's tagline says it all "Give us a few days and we'll give you a new waistline." With the benefits of its ingredients plus the pro pack (which includes fat burning capsules to help double your results), I have to say that so far, I've enjoyed the flavor of the tea. It is a loose-leaf tea that requires an infuser, the aromas of the natural ingredients is strong enough to relax. The pomegranate, stevia and honey powder give the tea a hint of sweetness and I didn't need to add sugar - just half a teaspoon of some local honey. I thought it tasted delicious.

I am nearing the end of my 14 day detox and since I personally don't own a scale, its hard to say if I actually lost any weight. But between the tea, my spring exercise routine, and smarter eating decisions, I'd say I'm well on my way to being ready for the pool and beach this summer.

FitTea also has a caffeine-free alternative. The ingredients are Holy basil (Tulsi) spearmint, rosehips, lemon myrtle and linden blossoms.

Would I recommend FitTea?

Sure. If you want an all natural way to boost your immune system and you enjoy tea, the thought that it could help your metabolism is always an added bonus. Their claims are not FDA approved, but other than that, its a good tasting tea that I will continue to enjoy.
